Would this cornbread recipe be a good one for Thanksgiving cornbread dressing?

With 1/4 cup sugar, it’s pretty sweet, so you might want to make it just to test it out first. I’d probably use no more than 2-3 tablespoons of sugar in cornbread for dressing.
