How do I add new tags to my recipes

How to change tags. Open the recipe, choose the "edit" function, choose more or different tags at the end (just before closing the recipe).
How to add tags. I think it's not possible...site chooses them to funnel recipe searches.
If you want to add a term you think is key, but don't find in tags. Revise recipe name or headnote so others have a chance if finding that term when they search.
