Unfortunately, this recipe does require a sourdough starter!

Do you have yeast for baking bread? If so, please tell me what kind you have, and I will give you precise instructions for adapting this recipe to use yeast instead of sourdough starter. Thanks. ;o)

I usually use fas instant that comes in a 1# package but I also have Red Star and Fleischman’s packets.
