How to replace sugar in cobbler with honey?

There are two issues. Honey is sweeter than sugar, so you need to use less honey than sugar. And honey provides liquid, so you need to reduce the other liquid in the recipe. For a recipe such as this one https://food52.com/recipes..., which I make frequently, if I were using honey instead of sugar, I'd use 2/3 cup of honey in place of the sugar, and I'd also use about 3/4 cup of milk. I hope this works for you.

OOPs! Also--reduce the baking temperature by 25 degrees and watch it because honey will caramelize more quickly than sugar.
