You could also buy some recipe filing software and input the ingredients yourself, making any changes you might make for lower calorie, lower sodium, lower carbs, etc. I use MacGourmet, and then you can keep a perfect copy how you like the recipe to be in your own database.

OK Per serving. Without rice. Calories 591. Fat 44.5 grams. Saturated Fat 29.4 grams. Cholesterol 78 grams. Sodium 571 grams. Carbohydrates 14.3 grams. Fiber 3.9 grams.

If you encounter a recipe without nutritional information, you are going to have to plug the ingredients yourself into one of the many online nutritional calculators.

This is not specific to Food52, it applies to *ANY* recipe that you might find online or offline -- like a cookbook sitting on a bookshelf.
