Wild turkey breast crock pot question

Cooking a wild turkey breast in crock pot tomorrow but need it by lunch. Can I cook it on high instead of low? Don't want it to dry out. Its a wild meat, not like Thanksgiving turkey. Also in Italian dressing.

I imagine you could cook it on high - but why chance a dry bird? You can easily leave it in the crockpot on low overnight, and still have it by lunch time tomorrow. Depending on when you put it on to start cooking, you could time it to have it still warm by lunch. I don't know about cooking it in Italian dressing, since I always cooked mine with cola- but so long as you don't rush things and keep in in moisture, it shouldn't be dry.
