There’s not butter in the streusel?

The video of this recipe does not shown the streusel part. It also shows here adding 2 sticks of butter to the cake batter. The recipe asks for 1/4 cups of butter - wonder if the extra 1/4 of cup is for the streusel?

The streusel is a middle layer in the cake, not a topping, so the batter itself will keep it moist, no butter needed! If there’s one think I know for a fact, you can always trust recipes by Hardlikearmour!
