Has anyone made this and frozen it?
I'm interested in making this in advance and freezing it so I can just reheat for the group. Do you think it would work? I should mention, I'll be making a vegan version so no "real" cream or butter (even though that probably tastes better, haha). Thanks1

I've made this recipe. We liked it, but next time I'd use only 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. I used low sodium soy and even then found 3 tablespoons to be too much), adding more at the end only if you need it. ;o)
