1tsp of orange zest, could this be a typo

I agree with Nancy. With 2 tablespoons spoons of orange blossom water, you probably only need a little zest to enhance the flavor. But you could certainly add more.

Haven't made this version, but yes the orange zest is on the low side compared to other recipes.
I'm guessing that's because the author added orange blossom water.
You could make it as written, or adjust the amounts of both ingredients to your taste.
