Any suggestions for adjusting the recipe to feed 6? Not sure it makes sense to literally 6x all the ingredients. Thanks!

Hi Brums,

I do love this recipe, but this one for classic Beef Bourguignon is made to serve 6-8 people, so no need for you to do any math! You could always make Eric Kim's Garlicky Panko Gremolata for serving, so you can combine the best of both worlds. Happy Holidays!

I would yes multiply by 6 because:
• my standard measure for meat dishes is half lb raw per person;
• leftover broth or stew can be saved in fridge or freezer;
• leftover gremoata can last in the fridge about 5 days and garnish other food.

PS If you're worried that multiplying by 6 gives too much volume, have a look at this similar recipe from Serious Eats for 4 and multiply by 1.5. It has, among other things, 5 lb meat and 1 regular750 ml bottle wine. So, at a minimum, you would need 7.5 lb meat and 1.5 bottles wine.

Hi. To achieve the desired result it's likely you'll need to follow the multiplier rule here (x6). If you opt to go a different route let me know how it goes!
