Do I discard the dry brined turkey juice that was not reabsorbed?

After dry brining, there's about 2 cups of liquid in the bottom of my brining bag. Do I put it in the bottom of the roasting pan or discard it? And does this mean my turkey failed to reabsorb the salty juices and will be dry?

Hi Capstonefit, Happy Thanksgiving! I'd discard any liquid or excess before putting your turkey into a pan.... and no, having excess liquid does not mean you failed!
