Buttermilk brine and quick pairboil
Can you soak chicken in buttermilk then parboil? I’m making buffaloes wing using chicken legs I’ve tried soaking in buttermilk before and I tried parboiling both have positive outcome but can it be combined, still learning usually when I do the buttermilk one I have to use the oven Bc we air fry then but I’m having a bit oven trouble so I don’t trust it to fully cook the legs if I did raw sorry
