Can I find bors , made from fermented wheat bran , and used to make soups and stews sour , in San Francisco Bay area?
Bors ( read as borsh ) is a great ingredient for soups, and it is common to use it in Eastern Europe , giving soups and stews a very savory and delicious sour taste . It is sold in bottles , as a yellow water , resulted after the fermented wheat is filtered.
