I would have thought yes anyway, and reading the comments found at least one reader who did and liked the results. Also, as Meyer lemons are sweeter, more floral and less acidic than regular ones, I would have recommended using fewer regular ones (if there were many). But as the recipe only calls for one Meyer, probably one regular will be fine.
