When should I grease a cake pan before or after line a parchment paper ? Thank you.

I usually grease, flour, tap out the extra flour, and add the parchment. Often I grease and flour the parchment too, but just as often the label states that you don't have to grease it, so I'm probably the only one...

Normally I grease the pan then apply the parchment paper.
