Can I cook the potatoes with the pork?

It just seems a shame to dirty an extra pot and miss out on soaking up all the flavor from the braising liquid, but I'm not sure if it would be feasible to braise the potatoes at the same time as the pork. Maybe adding when the pork has an hour left?

Sorry for the late reply! I would absolutely do that, I’d use the full 2 cups of stock and throw them in there with about an hour to go
