Please help with pistachio paste recs

Is there a pistachio paste you recommend? The ingredients of ones I’ve seen online can vary quite a bit.

The headnote suggests Sicilian pistachio paste for quality and green color.
And/or adding good color.
Very good pistachio paste can be very expensive...so consider a brand that balances color, quality and cost.
I would stay away from the ones that look and sound like a peanut butter spread.
