pictures or more info on the steps through 11-13

Hi,

This recipe looks GREAT and I would love to try it this weekend. The steps of rolling like cinnamon roll makes sense. Steps 12 and 13 are difficult to understand. If it is rolled, then what is the cut side down and how does that transform into a ball? Thank you so much!!

For pictures, other recipes and method, do a web search for Amritsar Kulcha or Aloo Kulcha.
Many are in English or bilingual.
From the recipe here, it sounds like you make a ball of dough stuffed with the potato filling, then pinch-sealed at the top (like a large dumpling). Then turn it over, with pinch-sealed yoo now on bottom, & flatten into a round shape.
