In a way, so it doesn't much matter which place you use it - beginning, end, both. You could choose one option you like best & make them all that way. Or make a few each with the lime only at the start, only at the end and in both stages in the recipe. And please let us know which you liked best.
thanks but the question is do you want to add the lime zest when the mixture is hot or add it once mixture has cooled. which is better to add the lime when mixture is hot or when its cold. hope recipe author will let us know.
