Cooking cassoulet beans today, assembling and baking cassoulet tomorrow

Can I refrigerate the cooked beans in the broth overnight or should I seperate the beans and broth in their own containers before refrigerating?

I would separate them, but leave a bit of broth with the beans so they don't dry out entirely. If you store them together, the beans will soak up as much of the broth as it can, which may well leave you short for the rest of the recipe. ;o)
