I am desperately seeking Sara moultons recipe for Niçoise salad. It is not the ones currently available. I’m mostly interested in the vinaigrette recipe included specifically for that salad. If anyone has it or knows where I can get it I will be eternally grateful I’m

Vinaigrette for Sara Moulton’s Salad Nicoise
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic, smashed with salt until paste
Pepper to taste
9 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
