I'm a Hobby backer and home cook

I'm am making a Charlotte cake for my nieces birthday. But I want to put writing in top of the set Bavarian cream. Is it possible to write with icing on Bavarian cream or will the writing melt or slip off

Regrets, I don’t think writing will hold on top of a charlotte cake.
Possible solution - write message on a large wafer cookie and place it on top of cake.
