Want more fennel flavor! What to do???
I have made this multiple time & absolutely LOVE it! I want even more fennel flavor in the cream sauce. Would more fennel seed help? I feel like I used a lot of fresh fennel.

• yes, fennel seed (or anise seed)
• anise extract
• some anise-flavoured liqeuer (there are many; use what you like or can get in your area).
Start with small amounts, taste and add more if you want.
