Adaptable for no-bake filling? rdxi

Hi! I was hoping to make a no-bake cannoli cheesecake with a phyllo crust. What baking time would you recommend? And would there be any considerations to keep the crust from getting too soggy? Thank you!

If your filling is no-bake cheesecake, could you use the phyllo pie crust as-is baked in the original recipe?
If you're worried about sogginess, with the filling sitting a few hours in the pie crust, here are a few ideas:
1) bake the phyllo into some open shapes (like cannoli) and then fill with the cheesecake just before serving;
2) bake mini-pies in muffin tins or small diameter molds, and again fill with cheesecake just before serving,
3) adapt one of the ideas in this article about 25 ways to use phyllo dough.
