Mango purée ingredient source… What is the source for the mango purée ingredient ? Is it a purchased item in a jar? Is it homemade puréed fresh

I buy it frozen at Walmart. No specialty or Indian stores where I live. It's in chunks and is a wonderful product to eat as is, add to yogurt, whizz for smoothies, etc

You can find packaged (can, tetrapak) mango purée or pulp at specialty stores, especially for Indian dishes, or online.
Or make at home.
Be confident in buying a package larger than what the recipe calls for - leftovers make great cocktails or smoothies.
