I don’t have a rectangle cake tin. Can I use 9inch cuirxukar tray instead and how will that affect the measurements I use

I suggest making half of the recipe. The surface of your 9-inch round pan is about 63 square inches. The surface of a 9x13 square pan is 117 square inches (almost a double). Surface area times height gives you the volume of the recipe. If you keep the same height, it means that the recipe, as written, is (roughly) double to volume you need. You also may want to shorten the baking time a little, so start checking at 15 min.
