No. Most lasagnas contain enough cheese otherwise that nobody is going to be any the wiser for the missing couple of tablespoons of parmesan. Shoot, some folks don't add any it ever. As Gammy said you can add some to the top when it's done, or pass it separately at the table. Keep the culinary oops to yourself, and chances are really good your diners will be so happy with a fresh homemade lasagna that they will NEVER notice the lack of that bit of cheese. And you don't have to tell, either.
You are fine! Add some of the Parmesan to the top of the dish, if not already in the recipe and pass a dish of freshly-grated Parmesan (fresh grated has SO MUCH more flavor than the pre-grated grocery store stuff) at the table to sprinkle over the individual servings and enjoy!
