Outside of the eggs, is there any other wet ingredients needed, such as ice water and/or vinegar? Just

Just made the dough and it's resting in the fridge. Seemed a little dry?

Flour can both absorb and give up moisture, depending on atmospheric conditions and how it’s stored.
Maybe your flour is drier than average and needs a bit more water.
Add in small increments (spoonful) until texture of dough is workable.
