Help! Over salting a dry brine. I put 9 tbsps of Morton’s kisher salt in my brine for a 9.5 lb Turkey 24 hours ago. Should I rinse and start over?

This has definitely happened to me too—no worries. Just give your bird a good pat dry, and coat with a few tablespoons of olive oil; this should subdue the saltiness of the brine. Happy cooking!
