Coconut Sugar vs Granulated Sugar?

Hi there! I haven't tried this substitution, but based on some quick research it looks like coconut sugar should be a 1 to 1 swap for white and brown sugar. I did read that since coconut sugar is a bit more coarse than white sugar you may want to grind it in the blender for a few seconds before using it in the recipe. I hope that helps!
