I am searching for an old (vintage)? recipe my Mom used to make.

It was shrimp and hard boiled eggs in a bechamel sauce over rice. I think that was all that was in it. Would love to know what this dish is called.

I wonder if this was a Shrimp Newburg recipe that someone added hard boiled eggs...

It definitely would be a type of shrimp newburg but my brother reminded me that Mom used to add curry and she might have just called it curried shrimp. Anyway... it was so very good and I'm sure I could probably duplicate it. Thanks!
