It’s not there, but you could use the ingredients listed in either Rick’s own recipe for hummus (at Epicurious site) or any standard good recipe for it (by Balabyste. Ottolengj or Zahav).

That should read “Balabuste” (from the NYC restaurant and cookbook of the same name).
