How can I get customer service to respond to me?

I received two items as gifts that people purchased from Food 52 which I have so I have tried to return them. After getting an initial email that did not seem to address my issues, and asking if there was a phone number to call (which apparently there is not), I sent a long email in response on January 19, 2023. I cannot get a response. I have sent several follow up emails. How can I get someone to write me back? This is insane.

I am not sure that the customer service person I am even dealing with is a live person. I ask a question and the email response I get is the same one over and over again. She is not addressing any of my concerns. I bought a Christmas present for my daughter and she does not like the color. By the time she opened the package at Christmas the 30 days was almost up. I believe I should be able to return the item. The customer service with this company has been horrible.

I can see that one of our agents is diligently working to accommodate your request, even though it was submitted after the designated return window.
