Considering a shift to induction stove... but i have a clay cookware fetish
Hi - I am beginning the slow process of thinking about a new kitchen re-do, and want to get off of gas. That said, I have a bit of a fetish when it comes to clay cookware. I have about six or seven unglazed clay i use in very frequent rotation for, well, just about everything. My food is better when cooked in clay, these pots are really alive. So, fellow foodies who like to cook in clay (both stovetop and oven), have you switched to induction? Have you had to give up clay? Have you developed a way of using a steal or iron cushion for clay? do you think I could wrap my clay pots in a steel net? Ideas, please.
