What sauce do you suggest to accompany this lamb? It is marinating in my fridge and I am super eager to serve it!

I like the simplicity of the jou along with a nice medium rare leg of lamb. In addition more as a side something like raita or tzaziki is nice too.

A mint sauce or mint jelly would work with this lamb recipe.

Many choices, depending on what you like or have around.
• lemon sauces (with butter , garlic or tahini);
• rich sauces with butter or cream (Bearnaise, Hollandaise, peppercorn);
• herb sauces (single or combined) ~- mint, dill, parsley, pesto, chimichurri;
• tomato or fruit (salsa or the like).

Maybe start with one and move to others later in.
Or if you’re serving a big group a dinner, have two or three different one so people can choose.
