How would you adapt to a regular size galetter?

Use the same quantities of ingredients.

Roll out dough and - depending on size of dough and of your pans - put on baking sheet or in two baking pans.

Put filling in middle, fold dough over and bake. Use same temp as for mini galettes, but watch at intervals to decide when baked through.
