Order not shipped-over a week-same pending status

Placed an order over a week ago and has passed the delivery date window. Multiple messages to customer service is just met with the same copy/paste message of we will get back to you when we have more details. Which is not helpful. They should not be charging for orders that are Not shipped yet. If you do not have the items in stock even though they are...then you should just issue the refund for it. I was concerned by the numerous reviews online about customer service not providing useful information and orders just never shipping (some even going on weeks and months) which is absurd. This needs to get resolved with a sense of urgency or will be reaching out to my cc company for a reversal.

Thank you for the reply Taylor; however still no one has directly reached out with useful information. And the final delivery date has already passed. If the full order will not be shipping by Friday this week with actual movement (not just label created)...A full Refund will need to be issued immediately. I would prefer this to be rectified amicably, however, if neither of those are done...the only recourse will be to have my cc company file a reversal chargeback this week by end of day Friday. Thank you
