Bricks and mortar - Chinese grocery.
On line - various. Order some that best fit your need (volume, timing, etc).

The only ones I’ve ever seen in the US are cooked. If you watch the video, he uses an uncooked egg - cracks it and fishes out the yolk. Where does one get those?

Here in canada sometimes there are uncooked duck eggs in freezer sections.
