Do you know how to make a bracket (for a whiskey tasting)
I am co hosting a dinner party w single malt whiskey tasting and we want to make a bracket for the tasting. I know the Piglet (Tournament of Cookbooks) used a bracket. How would we construct one?

You might construct one bracket based on regions (lowland, highland , speyside, Isley) and start with tei for each, get best for region, then fight it out for best in Scotland.
Or you could do a bracket sting other countries (us canada Japan).
Or a bracket based on age of scotch in years (very expensive).
