No, you would not want to do that. The chicken will require longer cooking time than your fresh tortellini will. Your veggies might survive, though they would be very soft. I recommend you cook your chicken in soup until the chicken is near done and then add in the veggies, and last the pasta. That way nobody gets overcooked.
