Do you add more salt each day?

The recipe mentions putting the bird in the fridge for three days, rubbing the salt into the skin gently every day. Do you add more salt during these daily rubs, or just use the salt that's already on there? Thank you so much for your help!

Don't add more salt, just massage what's already on there (the rub made with 1T salt per 5lbs turkey).
