In some cooking notes, I have raw kale at 43g (about 1 1/2 oz) per cup. So 258g or just over 9 oz for 6 cups.
From memory, I think chard is similar weight and spinach lighter.

PS Looked them up. Chard at 36g per cup and spinach at 30g per cup, so 6 cups of each so about 7 and 6 oz., respectively, for 6 cups of one of them.
