Two ways to go.
1) Take any good recipe for (plain, simple, delicious) almond biscotti and dress it up a little to add the anise flavor. Use sambuca or other licorice/anise liqueur instead of vanilla and dust with anise seed or fennel seed.
2) Use one of the recipes for anise biscotti in this search. I've not made them, so choose by sites you know and like, or number of cooks who've rated each highly.
