I don't seem to find any indication of the final consistancy of these cookies. Are they soft, chewy, or crisp? I am hoping for crisp cookies. Thanks

Doing a quick search on "pepparkakor" shows quite a few recipes that describe it as a Swedish gingersnap.
Looking at this particular recipe's ratios of primary ingredients (butter, flour, sugar, egg, liquid) I wouldn't expect a soft cookie.
