If you can’t get the Baileys, use heavy (whipping) or half & half cream for most of the volume, mixed with a few tablespoons of whiskey and maybe one if vanilla extract
If you want to eliminate alcohol, use just cream (no whiskey, no extract). Optional for more flavor - use a whole vanilla bean or two.
