I tried this once after about 5 years and it was curded and sour.  Toss it.

We found a similarly old bottle of a cream liquor in my grandma's cupboard several years ago and it had actually solidified.  So, I agree with keg72 and would not recommend trying to drink it.

According to the Bailey's website, there should be a best by date on the bottle.  The site says there's a two-year shelf life whether opened or unopened.  http://m.baileys.com/en-gb/ProductInfo.aspx
