Emily M - Yes, this and most other quiche recipes can be made as mini or individual quiches. Two changes you’ll need to make: • more dough for the individual crusts. It’s hard to estimate exact quantities, so I’d make a double batch and - if you have leftovers - the dough freezes well for a future meal. • shorter baking time rhan for the whole quiche to serve several people. I estimate 1/3 to 1/2 the original baking time. Watch closely thw first time you bake them and make notes for future.
