I want to make mini quiches in the larger muffin tin, how long would I need to bake it since it will have a crust?

This article has some good suggestions about making mini quiches - which pan (s) to use, baking times, ratio of dough to filling, etc.

Basically, until they are done. They will take longer to bake than your mini quiches, so add 5 minutes to the original being time. Tap the tops, and if they are soggy rather than springy, add 3 or 4 minutes until they are springy. If they are crusty, they are overdone.
