Is the amount of rose water correct? Can it be substituted for or eliminated? Also in vanilla snack cake version is flour amount right?

Hi Louise! The rose water amount is correct; if you don't want to use, orange blossom or vanilla extract could also work. The vanilla snack cake flour amount is correct at 2 1/4 cups (271 grams). Happy baking!

If substituting vanilla for rose water,, 1/4 c. seems like a lot.
When I asked about the flour, it was listed as tsp not cups. Glad recipe correct now.
