What’s the ABV of the Everclear?

Question

Everclear, at least by me, comes in either 151 proof (75.5% abv) or 190 proof (95% abv). Which did you use so that I can calculate a reasonable final ABV for my limoncello. Thanks!

Good eye! Thanks Nicole. The end resulting ABV is slightly high for my liking (37%) so I’m going to stick to my personal limoncello build recipe of 1/3 Everclear, 1/3 simple syrup, 1/3 water, which results at 32%, but I’m very excited to try this! What a great idea
